Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Directs efforts to maintain cleanliness of grounds and surrounding areas.
• Follows through to ensure vacant units are market-ready within guidelines.
• Communicates with Leasing Team to ensure vacancies are available as scheduled.
• Provides excellent customer service to residents, prospects, and vendors.
• Schedules and participates in On Call Emergency Rotation.
• Leads asset preservation through curb appeal audits and risk walks.
• Prepares Incident Reports as needed.
• Assists in annual property budgets.
• Maintains maintenance and capital purchase records via Entrata.
• Drives team growth through coaching and counseling.
