Responsibilities include keeping grounds and units market-ready, coordinating with leasing, managing budgets, and enforcing safety. Requirements: high school diploma or GED, HVAC certification, 4 years related experience, 1 year in a leadership role. Pay is $26–$30 per hour; full-time, on-site, with benefits.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of budgeting terms and processes.
• Ability to lead and delegate tasks to maintenance staff.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Directs the efforts to maintain grounds and surrounding areas with quality and detail.
• Ensures vacant units are market-ready within company guidelines of excellence and timeliness.
• Communicates with Leasing Team to ensure vacant units are available as scheduled.
• Provides excellent customer service to residents, prospects, and vendors.
• Participates in On Call Emergency Rotation.
• Preserves asset quality through curb appeal audits and risk walks.
• Prepares Incident Reports as needed.
• Assists in annual property budgets.
• Maintains maintenance expenses within budget guidelines.
• Keeps Entrata records up to date.
• Coaches and develops the maintenance team.
