Job summary

Capstone Management is seeking a dedicated Apartment Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance and make-ready tasks on our properties in Lubbock, TX. You will diagnose defects, perform repairs, and ensure units meet safety and quality standards for move-ins.

The role includes completing work orders, assisting with preventative maintenance, and maintaining common areas. A valid driver's license and AC certifications are required, with on-call flexibility and a professional,

Qualifications

Minimum one year of apartment maintenance experience.
Technical or other relevant training is required.

Responsibilities

Complete assigned maintenance work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance.
Perform make-ready tasks for vacant units including inspections and punch lists.
Track inventory and notify supervisor of re-order needs.
Complete documentation promptly for service requests.
Maintain grounds and common areas and perform painting and cleaning as needed.
Assist in cost-control by repairing rather than replacing parts when feasible.
Be willing to work a flexible schedule and on-call shifts.
Promote a positive image of the property and management company.
