Job summary

Marmon Utility LLC is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead a multi-discipline maintenance team across our Milford, NH facility. You will coordinate schedules, supervise daily activities, and optimize preventive maintenance for production equipment and related systems.

Ideal candidates have an engineering background with PLC/motor drive experience, strong supervisory skills, and a track record in planning, budgets, and vendor management.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or 10+ years of maintenance supervision experience.
• 5+ years of people management experience.
• 5 years of PLC and motor drive system supervision experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations for production equipment.
• Schedule and coordinate maintenance and preventive tasks.
• Manage vendor relationships and capital project data.
• Develop maintenance procedures and spare parts inventories.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies.
