Marmon Utility LLC in Milford, NH is hiring a Maintenance Manager to lead a multi-discipline maintenance team, plan preventive maintenance, and oversee daily operations of the maintenance department in a manufacturing facility.

The role requires an engineering background, 5+ years of people management, PLC/motor drive experience, and strong budgeting and project management skills. You will coordinate schedules, ensure OSHA compliance, and partner with operations to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree preferred or 10 years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor.
• Electrical engineering preferred.
• At least 5 years managing employees is required.
• 5 years’ experience programming and supervising PLC and motor drive systems.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance department operations.
• Evaluate equipment to plan maintenance and repairs.
• Develop maintenance schedules and procedures.
• Support budget estimates and cost planning for repairs.
• Maintain preventative maintenance and spare parts inventories.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and safe working conditions.
• Coordinate with operations for downtime minimization.
• Provide coaching and supervision of maintenance staff.
