Job summary

Marmon Utility LLC is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead a multi-disciplinary maintenance team in a manufacturing facility. You will optimize daily operations, schedule preventive maintenance, and manage budgets and vendor relationships to minimize downtime.

The role requires a technical degree with 8+ years in maintenance in complex manufacturing and at least 3 years in a leadership position, including safety leadership and CMMS tracking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (BSME/BSEE preferred).
• 8+ years of maintenance experience in complex industrial manufacturing.
• 3+ years in a leadership role (Maintenance Supervisor/Superintendent, Reliability Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer).

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the maintenance department.
• Evaluate production equipment to determine maintenance or repair needs.
• Plan work assignments and project schedules for maintenance staff.
• Develop and maintain preventive maintenance procedures and schedules.
• Ensure timely and correct completion of maintenance and repairs.
• Assist with departmental budget estimates and repair project costs.
• Maintain spare parts lists and inventory to avoid downtime.
• Track maintenance activities in the CMMS and support CAPEX requests.
• Ensure documentation for electrical and mechanical systems is current.
