Job summary

Waterford Hotel Group is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee the hotel’s physical plant, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and safety systems, ensuring compliance with energy conservation and preventative maintenance programs. You will manage budgets, capital projects, and training of the engineering team.

Ideal candidates have significant experience as a Chief Engineer or facilities engineer in hospitality, with strong leadership, and the ability to work flexible schedules including

Qualifications

• Five years experience as Chief Engineer or facilities engineer in a hospitality environment.
• Extensive knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, refrigeration, and safety operating systems.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and local building codes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of building structure and all operating systems to regulatory standards.
• Manage budgets, capital projects, and preventative maintenance programs.
• Lead, train, and mentor engineering staff and coordinate daily engineering activities.
