Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repair duties across HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, lighting, furniture, and painting.
• Monitor and maintain building systems as assigned.
• Complete maintenance service requests in a timely manner.
• Maintain professional, courteous interactions with guests, vendors, contractors, and staff.
• Complete grounds work as directed by Chief Engineer.
