Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a Maintenance Manager for a Southeast Georgia manufacturing facility. The role leads maintenance activities to ensure uninterrupted production and delivery, while driving lean initiatives and continuous improvement.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in maintenance management in a high-volume plant, strong PLC troubleshooting and project management skills, and experience coaching large teams. Relocation assistance and an annual bonus are offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Maintenance Management experience in a high-volume food or beverage manufacturing environment.
• Solid PLC troubleshooting experience.
• Strong Project management experience.
• Excellent strategic experience.
• Change management implementation.
• Proficient with Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead maintenance processes to ensure on-time production and delivery.
• Participate in lean/continuous improvement projects.
• Lead, coach, and manage a large team in a high volume manufacturing facility.
• Selects and trains employees to produce at standard-and-above efficiency.
• Coach, train and develop direct reports.
• Establish and implement preventive maintenance systems.
• Manage spare part Inventory processes.
• Collaborate with Engineering with new equipment installation.
