Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in New Jersey to lead all maintenance operations at a high-volume manufacturing site. You will ensure equipment reliability, drive maintenance planning, and manage a team to maximize production performance.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of maintenance leadership, hands-on troubleshooting across mechanical/electrical systems, and CMMS experience to coordinate preventive and predictive programs in a fast-paced plant setting.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of maintenance leadership experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.
Hands-on troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automated equipment.
Experience using CMMS for maintenance planning, scheduling and tracking.

Responsibilities

Direct and coordinate all maintenance functions for manufacturing equipment, utilities, and facility infrastructure.
Ensure prompt diagnosis and resolution of equipment failures to minimize downtime.
Lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs to improve asset reliability.
Monitor maintenance performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
Coordinate planning, scheduling, and execution of maintenance work via CMMS.
