Job summary

The Judge Group in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance and reliability of heavy mobile equipment in a demanding industrial environment. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on safety, equipment uptime, team development, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

Degree or technical training in diesel, electrical, hydraulic or mechanical field.
5+ years of maintenance management experience in heavy industrial environment.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and pneumatic systems.
Experience with CMMS and maintenance planning software.
Proven leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial setting.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of maintenance technicians and mechanics.
Coordinate maintenance activities with operations to maximize equipment availability.
Manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement reliability improvements.
Oversee maintenance budgets, inventory, and capital projects.
Ensure compliance with all safety policies and regulations.
Support the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
