• 5+ years of maintenance management experience in heavy industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and pneumatic systems.
• Experience with CMMS and maintenance planning software.
• Proven leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial setting.
