Job summary

The Poarch Creek Indians are seeking a PRM Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance operations, preventive/predictive programs, and regulatory compliance for a busy facility. You will lead budgets, inventories, vendor relations, and capital projects, ensuring safe and efficient plant performance.

Experience in beef processing environments and PLCs is preferred. A valid driver's license and background checks are required, with ability to travel for training as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in maintenance-related field and 4 years of supervisory industrial maintenance experience.
• 2 years of budget management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance operations for equipment, utilities, refrigeration, boilers, wastewater and facility systems.
• Develop budgets, monitor KPIs and improve equipment reliability.
• Oversee capital projects, installation, and facility improvements.
