Job summary

ElectriCom, in partnership with Isbell Construction, seeks a Maintenance Manager to lead shop and equipment maintenance operations for a nationwide telecom and utility infrastructure team. You will drive preventive maintenance, manage a team of mechanics, and coordinate with field operations to ensure reliability and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Progressive hands-on experience in fleet or shop maintenance and leadership.
• Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, parts administration, and fleet readiness.
• Fluency in English and Spanish with effective communication across teams.
• Familiarity with DOT, OSHA, EPA and general safety requirements.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage resources in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shop operations, including work assignments, scheduling, and performance management.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, and discipline for mechanics and staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and productive shop environment with clear safety and quality standards.
• Provide hands-on maintenance support and technical guidance as needed.
• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs to optimize reliability and cost.
