FCC Environmental Services, LLC seeks an Operations Manager to oversee maintenance for all equipment, systems, and facilities, ensuring safety, functionality, and regulatory compliance. This leadership role requires strategic planning, team management, and budget oversight to minimize downtime and boost efficiency.

You will coordinate with production, engineering, and safety teams to advance continuous improvement initiatives while monitoring KPIs and managing vendor relationships for outsourced

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 7–10+ years of progressive maintenance experience, with leadership exposure.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and building systems.
• Experience with CMMS and maintenance planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the maintenance team, including supervisors and technicians.
