Job summary

NAVY EXCHANGE SERVICE COMMAND (NEXCOM) is seeking a Maintenance/Operations professional to manage daily maintenance for a 200+ room NHG property at Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. Your role includes planning, coordinating, and supervising a comprehensive maintenance and renovation program to ensure guest comfort and safety.

You will utilize the PMS to track room status, forecast needs, and coordinate with Public Works and NAVFAC.

Qualifications

• Three years of general maintenance experience across buildings, grounds, and equipment.
• Experience supervising maintenance staff and coordinating work.
• Knowledge of safety rules and environmental procedures.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise a site-level maintenance, repair, and renovation program.
• Schedule daily/weekly/monthly work and adjust staffing to meet workload.
• Use PMS to access room data, occupancy, and inventory needs.
• Coordinate with Public Works, NAVFAC, and outside contractors.
• Inspect facilities and respond to corrective actions to ensure guest satisfaction.
