Navy Exchange Service Command in Oak Harbor, WA, seeks a Maintenance Worker (Part Time w/ Benefits) to perform upkeep of NHG guest rooms, public spaces and facilities.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in two areas: carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, electrical or painting.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor.
• Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations for facilities maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and housekeeping for NHG guest rooms, public spaces and facilities.
• Repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC and carpentry tasks.
• Paint and remodel areas; install or replace fixtures.
• Follow safety procedures and use PPE.
• Review work via inspection reports and follow up as needed.
