Job summary

Matheson Tri-Gas is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee all maintenance operations at the Longmont facility, ensuring equipment reliability, regulatory compliance and uninterrupted production of industrial gases. You will provide technical direction, coordinate maintenance planning and lead continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and asset longevity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in plant and facility operation/maintenance management.
• Experience with CMMS and ISO standards.
• Bachelor-level/technical education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of the Longmont facility buildings, manufacturing and R&D operations.
• Initiate and manage improvement and repair projects for operations and facility equipment and systems.
• Maintain Longmont manufacturing and facility equipment and maintenance records and monitor PM program.
• Manage facility and plant maintenance group.
• Approve and oversee contractors.
• Work with Corporate Engineering on projects.
• Participate as an active member of the facility Emergency Response Team.
