Job summary

Matheson Tri-Gas in Eagan, MN is seeking a Hub Plant Manager to lead production and maintenance teams, ensuring safe and efficient operations while meeting safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

You will measure operational efficiency, manage staffing, and coordinate with other locations to optimize asset use. A technical engineering degree and proficiency with Microsoft Office are preferred requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical field preferred.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• 5+ years in plant/manufacturing with supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in safety and quality under corporate guidelines.
• Serve as front line supervisor for plant production team.
• Report to Regional GM regarding customer issues related to production.
• Maintain high customer focus and ensure staff uphold it.
• Track and control plant expenses to meet corporate goals.
• Develop and lead plant projects with schedule and budget control.
• Coordinate with other locations to optimize asset use.
• Work with corporate for asset procurement.
• Develop and update contingency and emergency plans.
• Provide training in safety, quality, processes, and procedures.
• Manage plant vendors and contractors.
