Job summary

Niagara Bottling seeks a Maintenance Manager to plan, direct, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance across facilities, ensuring equipment reliability and efficiency. Lead the maintenance team, hire/train staff, and work with HR on staffing matters to support production deadlines.

The role emphasizes developing world-class maintenance teams, implementing process improvements, and coordinating with production to maintain high line efficiency and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business Administration or vocational studies.
• 6+ years experience in field or similar manufacturing environment.
• 4+ years experience managing people/projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of injection molding, blow molding and packaging equipment.
• Oversee activities of maintenance department and safety team.
• Schedule preventative maintenance with Production Manager and coordinate with other departments.
• Develop and lead world-class maintenance teams to keep lines running efficiently.
• Maintain time and maintenance records and manage parts stock.
