Job summary

IP Corporation in Hawthorne, CA seeks a Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance of production equipment and facility systems, driving reliability and safety. You will lead maintenance teams, implement preventive and predictive programs, manage budgets, and collaborate with Engineering, Production and EHS to minimize downtime and support operational excellence.

A strong background in mechanical and electrical maintenance and 7–10+ years of experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (preferred).
• 7–10+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing/industrial setting.
• Proven experience leading maintenance teams and managing plant equipment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and maintenance practices.
• Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, resources, and multiple priorities.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage maintenance teams across the facility.
• Develop and oversee preventative and predictive maintenance programs.
• Ensure timely troubleshooting and repair of equipment issues.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with production to minimize downtime.
• Manage maintenance budgets, resources, and spare parts inventory.
• Support installation, startup, and commissioning of new equipment.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to equipment reliability and maintenance processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Establish and track KPIs for maintenance performance.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production, and EHS teams to support plant operations.
