Job summary

AIR Communities owns and operates best-in-class apartment communities in major markets across the country, including Creekside Apartment Homes in Denver, CO. We seek a Maintenance Manager to lead a small team, oversee maintenance, and ensure resident satisfaction through proactive service and strong vendor management.

The role requires 3+ years in technical maintenance and facilities management within property management, with a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience with technical maintenance and facilities management in the property management industry.
• 1-3 years of experience leading a team in customer service and asset maintenance.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 2+ direct reports.
• Provide exemplary service to residents and team members.
• Manage all aspects of property maintenance including vendor relationships, preventative maintenance, and resident service requests.
• Communicate maintenance and capital needs to management and ensure they are addressed.
• Ensure compliance with operating procedures and safety regulations.
• Manage budget to maximize ROI while maintaining quality and service.
