Job summary

Bozzuto is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead in-house and vendor-driven maintenance across residential properties in the Boca Raton area. You will manage HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs, while overseeing make-ready processes to ensure timely leasing and uphold safety standards.

The role requires 7+ years in facilities or residential maintenance and 3+ years of supervisory experience with a track record of developing teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in facilities and/or residential building maintenance.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience with hiring and development
• HVAC, EPA and/or NAPE certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance operations including HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair.
• Oversee make-ready and turnover process for apartments to ensure timely leasing.
• Establish and manage vendor relationships within budget.
• Schedule and ensure 24/7 emergency coverage.
• Ensure compliance with building, county and safety codes.
