Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or transferrable management experience.
• Capability to obtain CMRP / ICML MLT 1.

Responsibilities

• Relies on experience and judgment to assign job plans and accomplish departmental goals.
• Manage all maintenance team members at the site.
• Promote the company internally and externally with leadership and good judgment.
• Assist in formulating standards and provide feedback on discrepancies.
• Maintain positive customer and employee relations.
• Ensure maintenance objectives and key metrics are met.
• Liaise with Account Manager, Planners, Customers and Department.
• Coach team members and provide mentoring with high standards.
• Ensure compliance with company/customer regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Oversee codes, standards and specifications.
• Develop QA/QC inspection protocol for work personnel and tasks.
• Achieve performance expectations from appraisals.
• Communicate to support short and long-range goals.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering, Management or related field or transferrable management experience

Have or possess capability to obtain CMRP / ICML MLT 1
