C&W Services in Charlton, MA is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance team and oversee all facility support activities. You will ensure safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance while guiding a team to optimize operations.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of maintenance management experience, with emphasis on conveyor systems and predictive maintenance. Day shift, full-time, on-site role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering, Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in maintenance management with supervision and planning/scheduling experience.
• Extensive Predictive and Preventative Maintenance of Conveyor Systems required.
• Experience with conveyor systems and robotic maintenance is preferred.
