Roseburg Forest Products in Oregon seeks a Maintenance Manager to lead a 24/7 mechanical and electrical maintenance organization. You will oversee preventive/predictive programs, manage the budget, and partner with engineering on improvements while championing safety and Roseburg core values.

This role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and problem-solving skills to sustain operations across our wood-products facilities.

Qualifications

• Ten (10) plus years directly related maintenance management experience.
• Knowledge of plant equipment and PM systems.
• Ability to lead a team in a 24/7 operating environment.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Experience with budgeting and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Lead the maintenance team in a 24/7 operating environment.
• Drive safety programs, SOPs, hazard elimination, and safety rules.
• Forecast and manage the maintenance budget.
• Champion use of EAM in areas of responsibility.
• Collaborate with engineering on improvements and Capex approvals.
• Oversee parts and inventory stores.
• Work with internal/external customers to meet plant objectives.
• Lead process improvement and cost reduction programs.
• Demonstrate Roseburg's Core Values.
