Job summary

Syensqo in Anaheim, CA is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance organization for safe, compliant, and reliable plant operations. You will drive reliability with a strong planning/scheduling discipline and SAP CMMS-driven work management.

Ideal candidates have 7–10+ years in industrial maintenance, plus proven leadership of unionized teams and a track record of continuous improvement in chemical/process environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering or equivalent relevant experience demonstrating progressive career advancement.
• Typically 7–10+ years of industrial maintenance experience in chemical/process manufacturing or comparable environments.
• Proven experience leading maintenance teams; union workforce leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency in maintenance planning/scheduling and work management processes.
• High proficiency in SAP (CMMS) including work order lifecycle, master data, reporting, and KPI management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the maintenance organization at Syensqo’s Anaheim plant for safe, compliant operations.
• Ensure reliable operation of plant assets with continuous improvement practices.
• Direct a unionized, multi-craft team on a 24/7 roster and manage work via SAP CMMS.
• Develop and report performance metrics to drive reliability and cost control.
