Ecovyst, with a long history in sulfuric acid solutions, is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance across a large multi-unit facility in Long Beach. You will drive planning, scheduling, and capital activities, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and cost-effective operations.

The role emphasizes building a culture of accountability, coordinating with contractors, and delivering reliable plant performance with a focus on TA planning and execution.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, chemical, or electrical engineering or 15 years Ecoservices maintenance experience.
• 10+ years in a chemical processing plant or refinery.
• Experience managing maintenance across multiple chemical units and unions, with a safety culture focus.

Mansioni

• Plan and manage daily maintenance operations for a large sulfuric acid facility.
• Interface with plant operations and contractors to ensure reliability.
• Maintain maintenance forecast and monitor spending.
• Oversee area maintenance and capital activities.
• Drive improvements in planning, scheduling, PM compliance and reliability.
