Job summary

iRiS Recruiting Solutions is partnering with a well-established food & beverage manufacturer to hire a Maintenance Manager for a large, high-volume facility in the Akron area. The role focuses on preventive and predictive maintenance, equipment reliability, and leading a sizeable maintenance team to execute world-class maintenance practices.

You will oversee 5-6 maintenance supervisors and 20+ technicians, drive a proactive maintenance culture, ensure PM compliance, and manage PLC/automation

Qualifications

• Maintenance leadership experience in a large-scale facility.
• Strong preventive and predictive maintenance background.
• Experience leading teams in a 24/7 operation and driving reliability.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen the maintenance team, improve PM practices, and build reliability culture.
• Oversee preventive/predictive maintenance programs and PM compliance.
• Develop, train, and hold maintenance staff accountable.
• Lead maintenance execution across high-volume production equipment and automation.
