Job summary

• Facility Oversight: Manage plant infrastructure, including refrigeration, utilities, and building structures, while coordinating with external contractors.
• Team Leadership: Guide, train, and mentor a team of technicians, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities strictly align with regulatory laws and food safety standards.
• Budget & Inventory: Manage the department budget, track expenses, and control spare parts inventory cost-effectively.
• Data Tracking: Maintain detailed records of work orders, equipment history, and performance metrics.
