Schwartz Brothers Bakery is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead a skilled team in a fast-paced, 24/7 production environment in Seattle, WA. You’ll balance technical maintenance work with people leadership to keep our bakery running safely and efficiently.

You’ll plan preventative maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, and coordinate with production leadership to minimize downtime while upholding quality and food safety standards. Experience in industrial maintenance is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance within manufacturing or food production.
• Prior supervisory/leadership experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, refrigeration, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and make decisions under pressure.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, 24/7 production environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and support a team of maintenance technicians.
• Plan and oversee preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues quickly and effectively.
• Prioritize daily maintenance needs in partnership with production.
• Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with company standards.
• Support and maintain systems including electrical, refrigeration, plumbing, and mechanical equipment.
• Oversee boiler operations, safety checks, and routine maintenance.
• Train team members and help build a strong, reliable maintenance team.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Partner with leadership on process improvements and equipment upgrade.
