Job summary

TDP Bakery in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of technicians in a fast-paced 24/7 bakery environment. You will prioritize preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, coordinate repairs, and partner with Production and FSQA to minimize downtime while upholding safety and GMP standards.

This hands-on leadership role requires strong mechanical and electrical knowledge, the ability to read schematics and manuals, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• 2+ years of supervisory/lead experience.
• High school diploma; technical training preferred.
• Experience in food manufacturing or bakery environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance technicians in a safety-focused environment.
• Prioritize preventive maintenance and repairs to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules and resources with production goals.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and facility systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety, GMP, and company standards.
• Coordinate contractors and maintain maintenance documentation.
