Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a Maintenance Manager for a facility in Washington, about an hour from Seattle. You will lead maintenance, direct supervisors and mechanics, oversee PM work, and ensure OSHA/EPA/USDA compliance to drive safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in manufacturing.
• 5 years of Maintenance Management experience.
• CapEx project experience.
• USDA experience is highly preferred.
• Experience with preventative/predictive maintenance.
• Experience managing salaried personnel (supervisors).
• Food/Beverage/CPG experience is preferred.
• Strong analytical ability.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proven leadership ability.

Description

The Judge Group has partnered with a manufacturer in Washington to find a Maintenance Manager for their team, located approximately one hour from Seattle.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all resources are being used efficiently and effectively
• Ensure all employees are following all OSHA, EPA, USDA regulations
• Direct supervisors and mechanics for all maintenance work to be performed
