Job summary

Judge Direct Placement seeks a Plant Manager in Castle Rock, WA area to lead safety initiatives, uphold food safety, and drive production profitability. The role requires extensive leadership experience in food processing and strong financial acumen, with emphasis on developing a capable leadership bench.

The candidate will oversee operations, ensure compliance with SSOP/HACCP, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to position the facility for cost and quality leadership.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree required

• 10+ years of progressive responsibility in management within the food processing industry

• Demonstrated financial understanding to include budgeting, staffing, and cost analysis.

• Demonstrated leadership skills and drive.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
