Job summary

Quality Talent Group is recruiting for a maintenance leadership role in the building automation and industrial technology sector. The position oversees mechanical, fleet, and structural maintenance programs, while directing maintenance strategies and overhaul schedules across active plant deployments.

The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of industrial maintenance experience, strong record-keeping, and team leadership skills, with a focus on safety and preventive maintenance planning.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• 2-3 years maintenance experience with industrial capabilities.
• Experience preparing plans for preventative maintenance.
• Managing people and keeping accurate records.
• Experience with RMX plants and trucks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing all mechanical, fleet, and structural maintenance programs
• Travels dynamically across all active temporary plant deployments
• Directs maintenance strategies and overhaul schedules
• Ensures all preventative maintenance keeps plant aggregate gates in optimal condition
• Enforces ultimate field safety adherence for the maintenance division
