The role involves hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, and strict safety

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of specialized training in technical school, apprenticeship, or manufacturers' training program.
• 3-4 years experience in mechanical repair, installation, and construction in a plant or industrial environment.
• Working knowledge of basic electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems and the use of shop equipment like welding and machining equipment.

Responsibilities

• Ability to support high regional mobility by moving dynamically across all active temporary plant deployments.
• Hands-on competency maintaining and repairing machinery components.
• Executes field maintenance under strict safety adherence.
• Ensures plant aggregate gates close seamlessly and conveyor belt paths track true.
• Accurately completes and signs off on daily equipment inspection checklist and technical work orders.
