Job summary

Unknown Client in Utah seeks a maintenance technician to perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs on plant equipment within a heavy industry setting.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of mechanical repair experience, basic computer skills, and knowledge of plant maintenance. Familiarity with skid-steer/man-lift is a plus; the role is on-site with comprehensive health benefits and retirement options.

Qualifications

• High School diploma/equivalent required.
• 2+ years' experience in mechanical repair, installation, and construction in heavy industry.
• Working knowledge of basic mechanical aptitude and general plant maintenance.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Experience operating a skid-steer or man-lift is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedules and performs preventative maintenance on plant equipment.
• Inspects condition and operation of plant equipment and performs necessary repairs.
• Performs required emergency repairs on production equipment.
• Adheres to safety, environmental and company policies and procedures.
• Promotes a culture of safety and exhibits safety behaviors.
