The role focuses on coordinating mechanical maintenance, overseeing inspections, and analyzing data from work orders and processes.

Experience in industrial maintenance or cement industries, strong communication and leadership skills, and a solid mechanical aptitude are essential for success in this on-site

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3 - 5 years of industrial maintenance experience or cement industry experience
• Strong communication skills (written and oral)
• Strong leadership skills
• Strong mechanical aptitude

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise mechanical maintenance activities
• Systematic inspections of all assigned plant equipment
• Analysis of data collected, completed work orders, and process data
• Document and monitor equipment history files
• Provide technical support for plant activities and maintenance functions
