Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a hands-on maintenance supervisor for a leading client in the building automation and industrial technology sector. You will coordinate mechanical maintenance activities and supervise a team to keep plant equipment reliable across shifts.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in industrial maintenance or cement environments, strong communication and leadership skills, and a solid mechanical aptitude to analyze data, inspect equipment, and maintain detailed history files.

Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years of industrial maintenance experience or cement industry experience
• Strong communication skills (written and oral)
• Strong leadership skills
• Strong mechanical aptitude

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise mechanical maintenance activities
• Systematic inspections of all assigned plant equipment
• Analysis of data collected, completed work orders, and process data
• Document and monitor equipment history files
• Provide technical support for plant activities and maintenance functions
