Job summary

Quality Talent Group is sourcing a maintenance leadership role for a global technology company with a long history in building automation and industrial tech. The position focuses on leading maintenance across the plant, aligning strategies with KPIs and market demand, and delivering capital project recommendations.

The role requires a technical background in mechanical/process/mining engineering, SAP and office software proficiency, and some travel to support multiple facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5 years of equivalent experience in aggregate.
• Field of Study Preferred: Mechanical, Process, or Mining Engineering.
• Microsoft Office, SAP experience strongly desired.
• Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and PPE.
• Some travel required.

Responsibilities

• Participate as an integral member of the plant leadership team to create a high performance culture.
• Provide leadership and technical expertise on maintenance related matters.
• Oversee the maintenance department to achieve key performance indicators.
• Align maintenance plans to achieve key performance indicators and/or market demand.
• Plan major maintenance projects and develop capital investment recommendations for the plant.
