The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of maintenance experience, with a track record in planning preventative maintenance and leading teams, while maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Experience preparing plans for preventative maintenance
• Managing people and keeping accurate records
• Experience with RMX plants and trucks preferred

Responsibilities

• Overseeing all mechanical, fleet, and structural maintenance programs
• Travels dynamically across all active temporary plant deployments
• Directs maintenance strategies and overhaul schedules
• Ensures all preventative maintenance keeps plant aggregate gates in optimal condition
• Enforces ultimate field safety adherence for the maintenance division
