Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance management within food/beverage manufacturing.
• Experience in a USDA-regulated facility.
• Experience maintaining industrial refrigeration systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of maintenance, repair, and engineering within the plant.
• Coordinate and execute cross-functional initiatives and projects.
• Lead team development and training efforts.
