Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance and reliability in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in New Jersey. The role emphasizes maximizing equipment uptime, improving asset performance, and developing maintenance teams.

You will oversee preventive and predictive maintenance, CMMS utilization, spare parts inventory, safety and LOTO compliance, and support capital projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance/reliability/leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Experience developing maintenance teams in high-volume production.
• Strong troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
• Experience with CMMS and maintenance management processes.
• Proven success improving equipment reliability and operational performance (OEE).

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance, reliability, and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and improve equipment performance.
• Manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs, root cause analysis, and corrective action plans.
• Supervise, coach, and develop maintenance technicians and technical staff (20+ FTE).
• Oversee maintenance planning, scheduling, CMMS utilization, spare parts inventory, and asset management.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, regulatory, and LOTO requirements.
• Support capital projects, equipment installations, automation improvements, and facility upgrades.
• Manage maintenance budgets, control MRO spending, and track key performance metrics.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance and reliability efforts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for maximizing equipment uptime, improving asset performance, leading maintenance teams, and ensuring safe, efficient plant operations.

Salary: $125,000 - $145,000 + 10% Bonus

• Demonstrated success improving equipment reliability and operational performance (strong OEE experience).
