Nationwide Food Recruiters is partnering exclusively to recruit a Production Manager for a high-volume poultry processing facility in Monroe, LA. This onsite leadership role will drive production, ensure compliance, and lead continuous improvement across the plant.

The successful candidate will manage a 250-person team, coordinate cross-functional projects, and report to the Plant Manager, with relocation assistance available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in production management or 5+ years as a production supervisor in food/beverage manufacturing
• Experience with USDA regulations and poultry processing
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
