Job summary

gpac is seeking a Maintenance Manager for a food & beverage facility in Monmouth, IL. This on-site role requires a hands-on leader to guide a skilled maintenance team toward higher uptime and peak plant performance.

You will drive preventive maintenance, reliability initiatives, and collaborate with Operations and Plant Leadership to ensure safe, efficient production. A strong focus on ownership and measurable improvement is expected.
