Job summary

Constellation Search Group is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead a high-speed manufacturing maintenance team. You will oversee setup, installation, repair and preventive maintenance of machinery, coordinate shifts, and drive cost-effective strategies to meet budget targets.

The role requires collaborating with production supervisors and technicians, developing talent, and monitoring equipment trends to minimize downtime while promoting safety and inclusivity.

Qualifications

• 2 or 4-year degree or 5–8 years of relevant experience.
• At least 3 years in a maintenance leadership role in high-speed manufacturing.
• Proven success leading maintenance improvement projects and people development.
• Experience with CMMS systems (SAP) and data trend analysis.
• Willingness to work normal shifts and provide 24/7 support as needed.
• Prior leadership experience in a relevant field.

Job description

Constellation Search Group is looking for a Maintenance Manager for a full-time direct hire position. In this role, the Maintenance Manager will oversee the activities of workers engaged in setting up, installing, repairing, and maintaining machinery and equipment. The position requires working collaboratively with production supervisors and maintenance technicians to ensure the proper functioning and improvement of maintenance systems. This role also involves coordinating shift activities, developing cost-effective repair strategies, and managing the department budget to align with cost targets.

• Working knowledge of CMMS systems (SAP) and the ability to analyze data for trends.
• Availability to work normal shifts and provide support 24/7 with extended hours as needed.
• Prior leadership experience in a relevant field.
