Job summary

ManpowerGroup (USA) in Denver, CO is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead a focused preventative and predictive maintenance program. The role oversees on-site maintenance activities, ensuring reliable equipment performance and adherence to safety and environmental policies.

The candidate will develop and implement maintenance procedures, work with outside contractors, and train staff on safety protocols, GMP, and quality standards to optimize plant operations.

Qualifications

  • BS in Engineering or Business Administration preferred; experience considered.
  • 5–10 years of experience in predictive / proactive maintenance.
  • Experience with a computerized preventive maintenance management system (CMMS).
  • Technical computer skills related to administration, equipment and process applications.
  • Strong leadership, teamwork and communications skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develops and implements a focused preventative and predictive maintenance program to ensure reliable operational performance of equipment and processes.
  • Analyzes and solves technical maintenance issues.
  • Organizes and implements work assignments efficiently, based on critical equipment priorities and current PM program effectiveness.
  • Develops and implements maintenance procedures, standards and policies to ensure plant compliance with federal, state, and local laws and company policies with regards to personnel safety, food safety and the environment.
  • Manages activities of outside contractors in the performance of maintenance and project work.
  • Responsible for training of engineering, maintenance and outside contractor personnel on Safety policies and procedures including Lock-Out / Tag-Out, Confined Space, Hazard Material Handling and Personal Protective Equipment.
  • Perform all position responsibilities following established GMP, Food Safety, Personal Safety and Quality policies and procedures.
