Responsibilities

  • Develops and implements a focused preventive and predictive maintenance program to ensure reliable operation of equipment and processes.
  • Analyzes and solves technical maintenance issues.
  • Organizes and implements work assignments based on critical equipment priorities and PM program effectiveness.
  • Develops and implements maintenance procedures, standards and policies for compliance with safety, food safety and environmental laws.
  • Manages activities of outside contractors for maintenance and project work.
  • Trains engineering, maintenance and contractor personnel on Safety policies and procedures including Lock-Out/Tag-Out, Confined Space, Hazard Materials Handling and PPE.
  • Performs responsibilities in line with GMP, Food Safety, Personal Safety and Quality policies.

What’s the Job?


  • Develops and implements a focused preventative and predictive maintenance program to ensure reliable operational performance of equipment and processes.
