Job summary

• Builds and improves the CMMS system using asset hierarchies.
• Runs preventive and predictive maintenance programs to meet safety and ISO rules.
• Tracks equipment health with site leaders to improve plant uptime.
• Plans and controls capital and maintenance budgets.
• Delivers capital projects on time and within cost limits.
• Manages site utilities like boilers, heaters, and fire systems safely and cheaply.

Job description

The Engineering and Maintenance Manager reports to the Plant Manager and leads plant engineering and maintenance operations. Key duties include managing mechanical, electrical, and DCS systems, overseeing budgets, and directing staff to meet safety and performance goals.

Directs the maintenance team and sets high performance standards.
