• Electrical certification is preferred.

• Oversee maintenance employees to perform maintenance and service tasks as needed.
• Coordinate activities between operations and maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Focus on cost and automation improvements.
• Troubleshoot breakdown repairs, skilled fabrications, installation or replacement.
• Select and work with contractors to ensure jobs are completed in a timely manner, and all repairs are done correctly and up to code.
• Establish shift schedules, prioritizing jobs, procuring material, and conducting preventive maintenance to ensure work continuity.
• Schedules are coordinated with the plant to minimize down time, maximize production and maximize maintenance compliance and productivity.
• Recommend improvements in equipment and production methods consistent with cost and quality objectives.
• Communicate daily with the Plant Operations and Engineering to ensure all PMs are completed as scheduled.
• Manage the core maintenance team on all three shifts daily.
• Complete all system related updates and training in a timely manner. (Workday, GS2, PO Approval, FIXX, etc.)
